By purchasing this digital service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

This service includes:

• 5 custom-designed Canva Pinterest templates

• 10 Pinterest titles and descriptions based on up to 5 pieces of content (e.g. blog posts, product pages, or YouTube videos). This allows for multiple variations per URL, which is recommended for Pinterest strategy and performance.

• Optional: 5 additional templates (if purchased at checkout)

  
  All files are delivered digitally via email or shared drive within 5 business days of receiving the completed intake form.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upfront. Prices are in GBP. As I am not VAT-registered, no VAT is charged.

3. Delivery

Turnaround is 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date you submit your completed intake form. If there is a delay in submitting your materials, the delivery window will shift accordingly.

4. Revisions

This is a one-time service with no revisions included. If there are technical issues or something has been clearly misunderstood, I will do my best to resolve it, but creative revisions are not part of this package.

5. Usage & Licensing

You may use the templates and content for your own business or for client work if you are a service provider. However, you may not resell or redistribute the templates, titles, or descriptions as your own digital product.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your content is optimised for Pinterest, I cannot guarantee specific results such as traffic or engagement, as performance depends on a variety of external factors.
