Faye Strange Digital (also trading as Strange Social)

1. Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services sold by Faye Strange Digital, also known as Strange Social, including online courses, digital downloads, memberships, and done-for-you services.

By placing an order or making a purchase through this website or any connected sales platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase digital products or courses, and at least 18 years old to purchase services (such as coaching, consulting, or done-for-you work).

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If it’s discovered that a purchase has been made by someone under these limits, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Orders & Access

All orders are processed through a secure payment platform. Once payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access details for your product or service.

• Digital products and courses: access is provided immediately unless otherwise stated.

• Memberships: you’ll receive your login details and welcome information by email shortly after purchase.

• Services: I’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to confirm your start date and next steps.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are clearly displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page:

• Services (e.g. done-for-you content) are priced in GBP (£).

• Digital courses and memberships are priced in USD ($).

Faye Strange Digital is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or included in any price shown.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is specifically offered.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by Faye Strange Digital.

5. Delivery & Access to Digital Products

Courses, memberships, templates, and other digital resources are delivered electronically through Systeme.io or another secure platform.

Please ensure the email address you provide during checkout is accurate, this is where your access information and login details will be sent.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.

Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting info@fayestrangedigital.com.

Cancellations stop future payments but do not refund previous ones.

Done-for-You Services

Because planning and delivery begin immediately after purchase, payments for done-for-you services are non-refundable once work has started.

If you need to discuss your project or timeline before work begins, please email me within 48 hours of purchase.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in line with UK GDPR and my Privacy Policy.

By purchasing from Faye Strange Digital, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order processing and communication related to your purchase.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, training videos, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Faye Strange Digital (also trading as Strange Social).

You may not share, resell, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
Access is granted for your personal or business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

All content, courses, and services are created with care and best practices in mind. However, Faye Strange Digital cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

You are responsible for how you apply the strategies and materials provided.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
